The Role

We’re seeking a Principal / Senior Full Stack Engineer (Architect-level, End-to-end Ownership) with expertise in Node.js and TypeScript to help us design, build, and scale our groundbreaking lawyer-client platform. This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role focused on architecture and delivery, not people management. You will own the product lifecycle — from backend APIs to frontend interfaces and independently deliver production-ready portals.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end architecture of portals (data model, APIs, security boundaries, scalability).
• Turn vague requirements into a clear technical plan, break work down, and execute with minimal oversight.
• Deliver production-ready features end-to-end: backend, frontend, infrastructure/config, and release workflow.
• Set up observability and reliability basics (logging/metrics/alerts), debug production issues, and iterate fast based on user feedback.
• Use AI tools daily to accelerate development and improve quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI-driven features.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record shipping complex full-stack products from zero to production (not just contributing to existing codebases).
• Strong system design skills: API design, data modeling, security, and performance trade-offs.
• High autonomy: you can be the primary technical owner for a portal or a major product area.
